Gaithersburg Community Church

Who We Are:
	We are a group of youth ranging from junior high students to high school students. Our utmost desire is to reflect the light of Christ in our daily living.
Our Mission:
	We exist to foster relationships that breed submissive lives to the will of God. Our desire is to fulfill this goal by commitment to evangelism, fellowship, discipleship, worship and serving. Our goals are to: Reach non-believing teenagers with the Gospel Enjoin them with other believing teenagers Equip them through teaching God's Word Encourage growth through submission to it's teachings Challenge them to discover their ministry/gift and use it to glorify the Lord Counsel youth in need of counseling.
Our Structure:
	The GCC Youth Group will primarily meet once a week. Each meeting will consist of: Bible Study and Fellowship: Lessons geared toward discipleship Time devoted to prayer and developing dependence on God Game night (fellowship can be fun too: Bible Charades, Bible Trivia, etc.) Service and Outreach: Community events for youth (basketball tournaments, concerts, car wash, etc.) Volunteering for helping the elderly and homeless (once a month)
